Through our website, customers can learn about our products and services, make purchases, and request or book appointments.

Orders are subject to product availability and applicable payment authorization. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Mirada Violeta reserves the right to reject or cancel an order when necessary, including situations involving pricing, inventory, or information errors.

We ship to destinations available at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Mirada Violeta is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When available, tracking information will be provided.

Due to the nature of our beauty products and products intended for the eye area, hygiene and safety are a priority.

For hygiene reasons, lashes, adhesives, applicators, and other beauty products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Appointments for PMU services, brow design, and other services available at Mirada Violeta are scheduled in advance.

A deposit may be required to confirm an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the corresponding service and is subject to the booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies established by Mirada Violeta.

Deposits required to reserve appointments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The deposit secures the customer's reserved date and time. Failure to attend, or cancellation or rescheduling outside the established timeframe, may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We request that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

New appointments are subject to availability.

Late arrivals may reduce the amount of time available to perform the service or, when necessary, require the appointment to be rescheduled.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit to book another appointment.

Permanent makeup (PMU) services, including brow design and brow techniques, are cosmetic procedures that require a prior consultation or assessment and appropriate aftercare.

Results may vary from person to person due to factors such as skin type, age, habits, sun exposure, aftercare, and individual healing characteristics.

Before the procedure, the customer must provide complete and truthful information regarding relevant medical history, previous procedures, medications, allergies, skin sensitivity, and any other information that may affect the service.

Initial PMU results may change during the healing process. Color, intensity, and appearance may change during this process.

An identical result to reference photographs, previous work, or another person's results is not guaranteed.

When applicable, additional sessions or touch-ups may be necessary to achieve the desired result. Touch-ups and additional sessions may involve an additional fee.

The customer will receive aftercare instructions appropriate for the service performed.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully follow these instructions. Mirada Violeta is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow the provided aftercare instructions.

Magnetic Tattoo Removal is a procedure intended to help reduce or remove pigment from previous procedures, including certain cases of permanent makeup.

Results may vary depending on the type of pigment, depth, age, saturation, skin type, and other individual factors.

Complete pigment removal is not guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be necessary, and the final result cannot be guaranteed.

Before performing Magnetic Tattoo Removal, an assessment will be conducted to determine whether the procedure is appropriate for the customer.

Mirada Violeta reserves the right to decline or postpone a procedure when it determines that performing it at that time would not be appropriate or safe.

The customer must fully and honestly disclose any condition, previous procedure, product used, or circumstance that may be relevant to performing the service.

The customer is responsible for providing truthful and complete information before any purchase or service.

The customer must disclose allergies, known sensitivities, previous procedures, medications, products used, or any other circumstance that may be relevant to the service.

Some services may be subject to specific age requirements, skin conditions, previous procedure history, or other eligibility criteria.

Mirada Violeta may request additional information or a consultation before confirming certain services.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, trade names, designs, graphics, images, and other materials, belongs to Mirada Violeta or is used with permission.
